Survive your worst week. Thrive in your best one.
General wellness, not medical care.
Three minutes.
A month at a time.
Free to build / No card
It asks for nothing you would not tell a friend, and nothing you have to weigh, log or remember. Three minutes, and you leave with something you could actually do this week. Here is exactly what happens, start to finish.
Three minutes of questions, none of them about calories
What you want to still be able to do at sixty. The week you really have, not the one you keep meaning to have. Nothing is judged, and nothing is asked for up front, because none of it is our business until it helps you.
Nothing is built until we know it is safe for you
Your answers get screened before a plan exists. If something in them means a doctor should be involved first, MDRN says so in plain words and stops. It will refuse to sell you a workout it should not sell you, which is the whole reason to trust the one it does give you.
You get a plan sized to the week you actually have
Palms and fists instead of grams. Sessions that fit the days you really get, not the days you wish you got. Every new habit tied to something you already do, so you are not relying on willpower: when the coffee is poured, the protein goes next to it.
It is yours before you leave this page
Your name and email, and the plan is yours to keep: downloaded on the spot, a copy in your inbox, and the living version in the app. No password to invent, no card, nothing to cancel. If you never come back, you still walk away with the plan.
Once a month you look. The rest of the month you live.
How the stairs felt. How the clothes fit. A scan, if you happen to have one. The plan moves around what you tell it and then leaves you alone, because a plan you have to think about every day is a plan you will quit by March.
Free · No card · Yours to keep either way
Movement.
Meals. Mind.
Three steps / One plan
Movement
Six movements your body was built for: push, pull, hinge, squat, carry, hold. Short sessions, only as many days as you told us you really have, and a rule for when to stop that keeps you going next month instead of wrecking you this week.
Meals
From the shop to the plate, one system. Portions measured against your own hand, one short shopping list, and four ways to build a meal: the pan, the bowl, the tray, the cold one. No recipes, no scales, no writing anything down.
Mind
A time the work day ends. Ten slow breaths. Daylight in the morning. One walk without your phone. Small things, and the reason the other two survive a hard month.
The Daily Three
Three small things you do every day, even the worst one: protein at your first meal, one walk, a glass of water with every plate. If everything else falls apart, these three still happen, and the plan is still alive on Tuesday.
03 / The difference
You have never been the problem. The plans were.
Almost every health app is built for someone with a spare hour, a quiet kitchen and a week that goes to plan. Real weeks are not like that. So here is the difference, side by side.
What you have tried before
- Weigh the chicken. Scan the barcode. Write down every meal, forever.
- A streak counter that turns one missed day into a reason to quit.
- Numbers all day that still never tell you what to eat tonight.
- Thirty new recipes and a Sunday that disappears into the kitchen.
What MDRN does instead
- Your hand is the measuring cup. A palm of meat, a fist of veg. It comes everywhere with you.
- Days only ever count up. A bad week costs you nothing.
- One thing to do next. Check in once a month, not once an hour.
- One short shop, four ways to put a meal together. No recipes to follow.
Picture the
version of you
this builds.
Not a transformation / A Tuesday
Whoever you are.
Whatever you do.
05 / Who this is for
You have never trained a day in your life
Then you start at two days a week, at a chair, at your own body weight. Nothing here assumes you know what a hinge is. It tells you.
You used to be fit and life happened
Then the plan is sized to the week you have now, not the one you had at twenty five. Getting back is a different job to starting, and it is treated like one.
You already train and the food falls apart
Then take the meals and the kitchen and ignore the rest. One shop, four shapes, portions off your own hand. That is the part most people quit on.
You are on your feet all day already
Then movement is the part you do not need. Your plan leans on recovery, on eating enough, and on the ten minutes at the end of the day that decides how tomorrow goes.
The honest bit
MDRN is new, and you would be early.
There are no member counts on this page and no five star reviews, because inventing them would be the fastest way to prove we are the same as everything else you have tried. What is true: the plan works today, it costs nothing, and the people who build one now are the ones shaping what it becomes. If you want in at the start of something, this is the start.
Build my plan →06 / The safety check
Built to say no when no is the right answer.
- Screened before anything is built. Chest symptoms, medicines, pregnancy, a history with food. Anything that needs a doctor gets sent to a doctor, not to a workout.
- It never tells you what is wrong with you. MDRN does not name conditions. Outside its lane it says so and steps back.
- Your information is yours. Never sold, never shared, never turned into advertising. Take it with you or delete it whenever you like, and delete means gone.
- A shop that tells you to stop buying. Four items maximum, each one says when to skip it, and anything you stop needing gets flagged to cancel rather than sold to you again.
