MDRN / Promises
What we will never do.
Most brands write this as a promise. We wrote it as 163 automated tests. If any one of them fails, the site does not go live. Not a policy. A build step.
-
01
What your body tells us can never change what we sell you.
Your scan, your bloodwork, your answers. None of it can change what we put in front of you. Every other brand in this category works the other way round, because that is where the money is.
-
02
We never practise medicine at you.
We never tell you what your numbers mean, never name a condition, and never set you a target. That is your clinician's job and we are not qualified to take it.
-
03
We profit when you buy a supplement from us.
That margin buys nothing else. No vendor pays for placement, no one earns a commission, and every product tells you where to get it cheaper.
-
04
We never make it hard to stop paying us, and we never fake proof.
The refund has no deadline on it, the price and the dates are on the page before the card form, and the consent box is never ticked for you. We have no reviews yet and we would rather say so than invent one.
-
05
Every product tells you when not to buy it.
Every product says who should skip it, in the same size type as who should buy it, and names the exact form so you can price it against anyone else.
-
06
The plan never flatters you.
A habit is only added once the last one runs without you thinking about it. Paying for more months does not move you further along.
-
07
We do not manufacture urgency.
No fake streaks, no you are falling behind, no countdown that is not a real billing date.
-
08
Leaving is not a negotiation.
Cancelling is one click with nothing in front of it, and there is no discount waiting at the door. A price that only appears when you threaten to leave is not a price.
-
09
The free pages stay free.
Everything the plan is built on is written out and given away, and nothing is sold on those pages.
-
10
And this page cannot lie to you either.
This page is generated from the tests themselves, so it cannot claim something we do not enforce.

Why bother?
Because every one of these costs us money. A scan that could recommend a supplement would sell more supplements. A plan that moved forward every month you paid would feel like faster progress. An email about a streak you were about to break would get opened.
All three work. All three are tests that fail here. Anyone can say they put you first. Very few will show you what stops them changing their mind.
